He leads mechanical planning and project development, establishes internal and client-facing mechanical standards, oversees construction administration, and guides commissioning and energy efficiency analysis efforts. His background spans design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, and energy analysis, enabling him to help clients evaluate existing systems, weigh alternatives, and develop realistic roadmaps toward more reliable and energy-efficient infrastructure—often leveraging available rebates to achieve goals within operating budgets. Throughout the process, Joe prioritizes close engagement with facility operations teams, building trust, shared understanding, and momentum from concept through successful execution.

A lifelong mechanical engineer at heart, Joe values family, teamwork, and positive energy, and he brings that same sense of purpose and camaraderie to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Connie, their three children, and their two Saint Bernards—whether at youth sporting events, around the dinner table, or on the golf course.
