With a background spanning marketing, project coordination, and operations support in commercial real estate, Gabriella brings a rare ability to bridge branding with business strategy. In her role at DMC, she ensures every initiative aligns with both internal objectives and external opportunities, seamlessly blending marketing, operations, and client engagement. Known for leading with heart, energy, adaptability, and an open-minded approach, Gabriella brings a balance of creativity and structure to every project. Charismatic, organized, and passionate about storytelling, she approaches each challenge with fresh perspective and enthusiasm. She specializes in project management as well as polished proposals and client-facing presentations, driving business development efforts while crafting marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Gabriella excels at building authentic connections—whether through digital campaigns, event presence, or strategic partnerships—ensuring DMC’s brand identity resonates with clarity and consistency. Her operational expertise includes streamlining invoicing and time-tracking workflows, contributing to smooth day-to-day functions and timely billing.

An active member of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), where she serves on the Boston chapter’s Outreach Committee, and NEHES (New England Healthcare Engineers Society), Gabriella helps foster industry connections and knowledge-sharing across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Endicott College with additional education at Harvard University. Outside of work, she loves her Italian heritage, especially cooking a big Sicilian meal surrounded by loved ones. She stays active by running as well as playing and coaching ice hockey; Gabriella is the first female head coach for Boston University’s Women’s Club Ice Hockey Team!
